Randall Stewart Homes is a Southern Utah design-build company founded by Randy and Jennifer Stewart. Since the beginning, Jennifer has been an integral part of the company and instrumental in shaping the thoughtful, livable home designs we create for our clients.

Together, Randy and Jennifer bring a personal perspective to every home. Jennifer’s design insight complements Randy’s decades of hands-on construction experience, helping clients make decisions that balance character, function, buildability, and budget.

Since 1995, we’ve helped clients shape new ideas and refine existing house plans into homes that fit their needs and property—then provided the construction leadership to build them well.
